At Millennium People Recruitment Our Client has as excellent opportunity for a Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor in West Dublin Hotel. Our Client are seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor with excellent experience in Food and Beverage management in a Restaurant.
This is Day time hours NO More Nights and Career development
Objective of the Role Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor:
Reporting to the Owner & the Restaurant Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Restaurant.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor:
- Shifts Start 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm
- Lead the team and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
- People leadership, including retaining and developing employees.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the strategic running of the Restaurant for Breakfast service for guests and lunch procedures and service.
- Set targets for the teams in line with the overall company strategy.
- Support/Oversee events in the cafe to ensure excellence in service at all times.
- Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department.
Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor Requirements:
- Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a Hotel/ Restaurant or Busy Food Serving Restaurant.
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Experience in developing employees.
- High standards and attention to detail.
- An excellent focus on our customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent organisational skills
- Deal with complaints/queries in an attentive and courteous manner
