At Millennium People Recruitment Our client is recruiting for Experienced HR manager to join their wonderful team and beautiful hotel,

This position of HR Manager is in a leading Sligo Hotel. This job will be to assist the overall smooth operational running of a busy environment. The successful candidate will have a proven record in HR with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. They will liaise with the management team and be responsible for all Human Resources Activities.

Responsibilities of this HR Manager Job

  • Training and Development of current employees and assisting and solving any query’s which may arise.
  • Coordinating between all elements of HR administration and developing a strategy to deliver weekly reports in the most time effective manner
  • Providing guidance and advice on all HR activities
  • Team management development and a genuine rapport with customers
  • Delivering numerous training programmes including HACCP, Manual Handling and Customer Service

Human Resource Manager Job in Sligo Hotel Requirements

  • Previous Hotel or Catering experience an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An excellent knowledge of Human Resources as well as Training and Development in a Hotel environment
  • An adept organisational and planning mind
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation
  • Proficiency in Computer literacy with a particular focus on Microsoft Word and Excel
