At Millennium People Recruitment our client have a fantastic new vacancy for Executive Head Chef in their Large volume Multi Site Operation

This is an ideal opportunity for an Executive / Head Chef looking to take the next step on the career ladder.

Objective of the Role Executive Head Chef:

• Looking for a Head Chef to run a busy multi site kitchen, to lead and direct a team in the kitchen.
• Excellent fanatical acumen
• Experience with online ordering systems
• Excellent team leader skills Strong creativity and innovation required when implementing new menu concepts.
• Strong people management skills a must.
• Excellent attention to detail required.
• Excellent standard of food to be produced.
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Responsible for costings and managing menu concepts, wages and achieving GP’s.
  Reporting to General Manager /Directors and Culinary Director.
• Will have the scope to put own stamp on the menus and bring up the standard of the business.

The job of Executive Head Chef Requirements:

• Hardworking, trustworthy with a positive attitude.
• Real food enthusiast.
• Managing a multi outlet busy Bar Restaurant.
• Strong people management skills required.
• Responsible in achieving Gp’s.
• Proven track record from large volume Busy Hotel Operations/ Large Industrial catering unit in Ireland.
• Able to produce a high standard of food whilst been financially astute.
  Working five over seven days.
