Our Client are currently recruiting a Senior Assistant Manager to join our team
Your prime focus will be hospitality and the satisfaction of all guests.
Understanding all departments’ procedures and assisting in these departments when required.
Responsibility for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
Maximising guest satisfaction by offering fast & efficient services
To be thoroughly familiar with fire and emergency alarm systems.
Requirements for the role:
- Experience in management in all areas of the hotel industry
- Strong Food and Beverage background
- Must have strong people management skills
- Knowledge of financials/stock control/budgeting etc.,
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Strong administration skills
- Be able to work well under pressure and prioritise situations
- Working closely with the General Manager to drive the business forward
- Must have a minimum of 2/3 years experience working as a Duty Manager/Senior Assistant Manager.
- Recognised relevant qualification in hospitality management.
- Must have strong IT skills.
- Must be willing to be flexible within the role and work weekends and a variety of shifts.
