Roles & Responsibilities To manage and direct the operation of all food outlets at our  Hotel. To manage all food staff, creating a vibrant atmosphere through seamless service and attention to detail, bringing energy, creativity and innovative thinking to the running and development of the food service business.The holder of the post will be required to carry out Duty Management shifts.Operational Management:

  • To assist in setting goals and targets for Bar  Grill and Banqueting, communicate these to the team and implement strategies to achieve daily targets.
  • Contribute to the achievement of margins at targeted levels.
  • Run food outlet shifts, assisting and guiding staff to deal with issues and complaints and ensuring guests’ experiences exceed expectations.
